You can attach it to the end of your own leash for walking a single dog.
	You can attach two Flex Sections to your leash to create the world's best tandem leash. However, the system is most effective when you attach two Flex Sections to our Z-Heeler Leash.  You can snap one of the Flex Sections to our Z-Handle to create a short heeler leash. 	The Flex Sections also functions well with retractable leads. When you put on the brake or run out of rope, the Flex Section absorbs your dog's energy and gently brings him/her to a halt, avoiding the injury caused when your dog is jerked to a sudden stop.
	The Flex Section is also perfect on the end of a fixed rope or chain. With a chain or rope, your dog runs to the end and is painfully jerked backwards, causing injury and pain. If you attach a Flex Section to the rope, chain, or static line when you dog reaches the end, it comes to a gentle halt, preventing injury and pain.
