How to measure your dog for the Z-Collar, Z- Heads up Collar, Z-Cradle Harness, and the Z-Heads up Harness.

This is the Z-Heads Up Cradle Harness.
The loop on the right is the top of the neck collar.
The loop to the left of that is the base of the dogs, neck. We do not need a measurement for this one.
The next Loop to the left is the chest loop.
The rear loop is the xiphoid process loop.

This is the Z-Heads up Collar.
This is the same as above but without the rear harness loop. For most dogs this is all they need.

This is the Red collar loop measurement. This measurement is taken of your dog's neck diameter from under the jaw to the base of the dog's skull. This is where the spine meets The skull as shown here. Please measure just behind the skull. This is the narrowest point of your dog's neck.

Yellow line. Please measure the length of your dogs neck. This is from the base of the skull down the spine. Draw a line in your mind across the front of the shoulder blades and stop the measurement there.
The Brown loop is the measurement around your dogs chest at the widest point. This is ussually just behind the front legs.

New collar

Please make a measurement of  the diameter of your dog's chest at it widest point. This is usually just behind the dog's front legs (brown loop).
Please take a measurement of the diameter your dog's chest at about the Xiphoid Process (Blue Loop). This is the notch at the bottom of your dog's sternum. You can find yours by running your finger down your sternum (breast plate). At the base of your sternum is a soft spot where the sternum ends. It is just the same on your dog. Please give us a diameter measurement at this spot.
